Muscle Response Testing (MRT) / Kinesiology
The patient lies on a couch and the samples are placed on the abdomen or in the hand, the body’s sensory system detects the presence and nature of the sample. One or a number of muscles are tested for a weak or a strong reaction to the substance, so if the patient is allergic to the sample the muscle will immediately go weak, if there is no allergy the muscle will remain strong. As the patient is directly involved in the testing, the patient feels the weakness of their body momentarily so feels which foods or substances are preventing the vital energy circulating round their bodies themselves.
NAET Treatment
NAET treatments simply re-boots the brain and the central nervous system by stimulating pressure points along the spine from the neck to the sacrum while the patient is holding the allergen. Specific acupressure points are then massaged to stabilize the treatment. The substance must then be completely avoided for 25 hours so the new information can travel through each meridian and every cell of the body.
By reprogramming the brain and removing the blockages from the energy pathways, NAET allows the body to regain prefect balance (homeostasis) and function normally to reach optimum health. A strong Muscle Response Test after the treatment indicates that the body's reaction to the substance has been changed.
Allergens are treated and cleared one at a time in a specific sequence or if required combination treatments may need to be done.
