First appointments are approximately 1 1/2  hours and each NAET treatment is approximatley 45 minutes to an hour.

If you require further nutritional advice, I will give you a diet sheet after your intolerance test so you can write down all the food you have been eating since your first appointment. These diet sheets will provide me with the information to help you with any weight loss or weight gain desires you may have, and help with any combintion allergies you may have i.e. eating wheat alone gives you no problems, but eating wheat and cheese together may be the route of your symptoms.

I can provide you with a tailor made recipe booklet, excluding any foods which should be eliminated or reduced from your diet or foods that are being detrimental to any existing ailments you may have.  The recipes will also contain  foods high in any vitamins and minerals you may be deficient in. This will help you work towards leading a healthier happier life and help to keep any further aliments which could lead to more serious illness developing.
